6. Obtain and pay for the services of search engine companies in order to bring your ad to the largest number of potential buyers as possible. We currently are using the following search engines: Google, Yahoo, AOL Search, MSN, Hotbot, Lycos, Altavista, Ask, Iwon, ICQ, Netscape, & Alltheweb. To provide our users the most active and popular search engines available, we resreve the right to change our search engine selections at any time.
7. Advertise to the general public using various local media means to increase the awareness of our site to potential buyers.
8. Act solely as an advertising agency, placing your ad on-line as "for sale by owner" for a flat rate. 3. e-mail us a photo of the item for sale or, include a printed photo with your application.
4. Contact us via e-mail if your item has been sold.
5. Negotiate all sales directly with the buyer.
6. Provide us with a e-mail address we can contact you at. E-mail addresses shall be kept confidential and not listed on our site. Only the phone number you provide us with will be listed on our site for potential buyer contact.
7. Not to hold this site, or the owner of this site liable for any information listed on this site that was misrepresented by the seller through verbal communication, written communication, or the information taken from the seller application.
8. Not to hold this site, or the owner of this site, liable for any disputes between the seller and buyer. Including, but not limited to: terms or sales agreements set forth between the seller and owner, defective or faulty items a seller listed on this site, misrepresentation of any item for sale on this site.
9. Not to hold this site, or the owner of this site, liable for any bodily injury, dismemberment, or death resulting from the sale and usage of any item listed on this site, regardless if said item was or was not defective prior to, at the time of sale, or following the sale.
